Steins and Beer Mugs
This is another category that I don’t pursue in a big way. I really do like steins, but since I am not a beer drinker (at all), I mostly just collect the ones that appeal to me aesthetically.
The stein shown below is from Germany and I believe it to be both contemporary and primarily of a “souvenir” nature. Having said that, however, I do find it attractive and enjoy having it.
The stein shown next (photo below) is also German and it has a distinctive maker’s mark. I have no information on it, but I love the beautiful scene on its front.
I do have more steins in my collection, so please be sure to come back for another visit. I’ll be adding more pieces as time allows.
